“BIRCHES WITH ORANGE” COLLECTION (2018)

My childhood and youth was greatly influenced by spending time on Lakes of Bays and the Algonquin Park area in Ontario. Birch trees grow all over and the fall sees the landscape bursting with brilliant yellows, oranges and reds. This imagery has been embedded in many memories. These painting are simply me recalling the brilliance and beauty of those birch trees in Autumn.
